What are the pros and cons of a player fastpitch softball hitting baseballs from a pitching staff?

I bought my daughter of a baseball pitcher of the machine and the cage at a good price and the machine fell on the ground to the point of launching the ball was the level of release of a fast pitch pitcher. to adjust the speed to 60 mph @ 35 feet. the less effect will hit balls balls later

The advantage of use this machine baseballs would see a smaller target and learning to spot and hit it. When your child gets into a game situation it easier to tell the softball and hit him because it is used for smaller targets. However, the disadvantage of any machine is that the ball goes to same place every time and makes learning to find the ball in different positions and hitting harder. Other gentle exercises great would be shot at different places or make exercises tennis ball or wiffle ball.
