Bat Rolling Machines – How to see through the Pass Sales

If you've ever been on the market for a bat rolling machine I'm sure I've found that there are several sites out there that other similar products. Each of them trying to sell their product and, of course, all of them, the characteristics his knees that are different (and better) than the competitor. I try to clean the air in some of the important features you need to be concerned and with which do not really matter.

Rolling Machine perpendicular or parallel?
Rolling bats have been for over 5 years. The first bat rolling machines (in its current design) have been developed about 5-6 years. All rollers bat first in the perpendicular style and roll length wise bat up and down the canyon. A couple of years ago the roller in parallel was developed and now everyone has followed suit. Listen clearly here .. The only parallel roller was designed to accelerate the process of lamination. DO NOT do a better job stock. You read that roll in parallel is needed in conjunction with the magazine Rolling perpendicular because it hits the points that was lost by the roll angle. In short, NOT TRUE. I've been shooting bats for 5 + years bats and we have completed all possible ways and perpendicular rolling gives the same results roll in parallel or a combination of parallel / perpendicular ago. There really is not need to spend extra money on a roll parallel and excessive prices. I recently announced a new bat company stock and asked why she preferred parallel and perpendicular followed by what he said was very surprising. They told me they use this method because they did not know how to roll a bat perpendicular properly to ensure complete coverage, so that the parallel method used basically to clean up what they missed. My point is, if you find a company that knows what they are doing and are willing to take your time and not just make a quick buck. They can give you the BEST roll through the perpendicular method.

Roller Sizes – What is the optimal size?
This section only applies if you have taken the decision to go with a roller in parallel. As I have seen that there are 3 different designs of parallel rollers on the market. Roll sizes ranging from 6-7 inches in length. Most Slowpitch softball bats and Release faster will have at least a 10 "barrel. With that being said, no matter if you use a roller with a roll of 6 or 7 inches. Either way, you will still able to roll your bat properly. You read that the "6 cylinders are better because then allow the compound to flex more than the 7 'rollers. Again, this not true and must not be used when making its decision on the roller cart.

Bearings – What is the right kind?
This information may be more than most people understand, but I'll include it anyway. You will see many different terms thrown around regarding the type of bearings each machine used and how its type is better than the last. The truth is that you should look for a unit that uses closed with good quality which is lubricated. The last thing you want to achieve is a unit that requires you to lubricate the bearings in order to function properly. Recently I found a site that claims its rollers, with the higher prices have new special bearings. They use big names such as "thrust bearing" and "radial". No matter. These big names just give them a reason to charge more money for something that does not really need.

Roller Materials – What's the deal?
Again, you will see some different materials claims offered by different manufacturers. Most manufacturers use a high polyethylene material impact or nylon which has a hardness Shore D 68. These are more or less the hardness of a golf ball. This material is extremely resistant to wear, what amounts to little need never replace because of wear. Some say the rollers are machined for consistency. Again this is just a sales pitch and give them a reason to get more money. If you can find a company that offers a lifetime warranty and is willing to work with you, then there is absolutely no need worry about what type of material used roller.

Bat Roller Patents – What is the truth?
I'm only including this information already being used by some as a deterrent to convince you to buy your unit from others on the market. The truth is that most likely a patent never be published in this type of product. There are a couple of reasons that will be rejected. The main reason is that the company has applied for patent is not first to market bat rolling machine (or the compression method of control). This has been for many years in many different ways. His patent application was submitted in early 2008 and a major cause of rejection is that you can not patent things that have already been on the market before the patent for his presentation. Since this patent introduced in 2008 and there are photographs of the "compression-controlled" devices dating back to 2005, available for viewing online. It would be the reason that these devices been there long before any patent application was filed. This will make it an easy decision to the Patent Office of the U.S.. I actually think that the company who filed the patent application has already received the initial rejection of his application. If you want to take the time you can do some research yourself and find the state of the patent and see the reasons for refusal. You have no reason to worry about warranty service or other companies offering similar products, and will NOT out by these claims. Once again, it's just a selling point for directing the purchase of their units.

In summary, we recommend the purchase of your next bat rolling machine of a company that gives real information and not a selling point. If a company is charging extra for this upgrade and update, when in fact there is no reason measurable difference in the product you have to ask is this an honest company? If you are not willing to give honest information (regardless of what they offer), then what makes you think I will be there when you have problems or questions. Most reputable companies will answer your questions e-mail in a timely manner and provide honest information.
