What is the difference between the AP Language / Composition and Composition I and II and is more difficult?

During my third year, I to choose between the AP Language / Composition and Comp I and II. That every time I choose not to take my first year I have to take my senior year. What I know is what is the difference between the two and which one is more difficult. Composition is a course (College English), so I will get college credit for doing so. SENSE I DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE College English
