Women's bicycle seat bike?

I'm wanting to buy a mountain bike decent women with good suspension and tires off-road. My budget is around £ 250. I know it's not so much for a bike, but I really can not afford more. I saw a bike seat women on TV and has a hole in it so there is too much pressure on certain parts, but I can not think does anyone know anything about this? Links would be grateful if possible.
