Do you know that a brown bat migrate away, then return to the exact location of the next year?
I have a small brown bat living in my house, and love the absence of mosquitoes and other little bugs flying in the backyard. I know that bats have excellent homing abilities, and only wonder if they can migrate, so far, and return to the home exactly the same, year after year.
In general, return to the same roost year after year when supplies a safe place to sleep and food supply. Sounds like so much .. home supplies so there is very likely the bat will be back. I bat in my house every year, and assume they are the same who return year after year.
