i definitely go with the second. the halo is much more worth the money the tank, since one can buy a tank of 40-50 dollars. Moreover, the population of ASA in the ion is absolutely terrible, so the on / off will update Nice. go with the second and see if you can find someone in your field that have an old tank for use.
